“Was speaking with a freind about a possible bathroom renovation (tiles, plumbing, plastering etc.) and he introduced me to Dan from Forever Builders. We discussed quotes other companies had provided for us, however I was still skeptical. He provided me with an extremely reasonable quote BUT ALSO guaranteed 24/7 contact with him incase I had any questions at all hours of the day. He and his team were amazing. Kind, freindky, but most importantly efficient. Since then (October 2018) i have recommended them to many freinds. Thank you guys!”

“I highly recommend Marwan and Ocean Drive designs. He transformed our kitchen and the rest of our house into a beautiful space that we love to come home to; he listens better than most to his client's wants/needs and incorporates these into their design aesthetic. Marwan was very patient with us through the process, always willing to entertain our crazy ideas that at the end he made them a reality. He provided great 3D sketches which gave us a very good idea of what the end result was going to look like, helping visualize things. You won’t find a nicer and more ethical designer & contractor than Marwan. We highly recommend Ocean Drive Designs and will definitely use them for any future projects.”

“Just completed our Bathroom Remodeling with Optimal and we can't be more happy. We must say that we had great feeling about Optimal Home Remodeling from the moment we scheduled our appointments. The process was very professional and efficient, we had our meeting within few days and our quote in less than a day after our meeting. The cost felt fair and reasonable and we signed a contract. Next thing was obtaining city permit which was handled by Optimal as well. Construction went smooth, passed all city inspections and finish on time. “The best contractor I ever worked with. He remodeled my entire condo, both bathrooms, all floor, entire kitchen, all walls, removed pop corn ceiling , literally everything is brand new. It was a huge project and we were both nervous. But the owner (Saif) went above and beyond. He was always available, always responsive , professional , and most importantly, extemely honest. He goes above and beyond. He even went out with us to help buy materials we needed which made everything fit perfectly at the end. His crew is also so friendly. The whole process was a pleasure. We had extensive remodeling work done in the past with a different company and that experience left us so bitter and jaded, ao we went into this one with lower expectations but I was amazed at the difference with Antoon. Cant recommend them enough”
