“We love our new bathroom! It turned out exactly as we had hoped and planned, and we wouldn't change a thing. All thanks go to Blues Brothers Construction, and especially to Onn. We've done several remodels and this was the most fun and satisfying. Like the other remodels, there were problems and mistakes to be dealt with along the way. The difference with this company is how they handled the issues. In every case, they listened to our concerns without defensiveness and insisted on doing it correctly without shortcuts. Several times, I indicated I would be satisfied with a less expensive workaround, but Onn assigned someone immediately to do it right or even worked the issue himself. This often resulted in something better than we had originally envisioned. The employees and independent contractors were all very pleasant to work with. The tile installer was especially skilled at his craft and went above and beyond in making sure the tile went in perfectly. In a few cases, the installers were not very familiar with the products they were installing, but they were very receptive to our suggestions or pointing out where something was going off track, so everything turned out great in the end. Onn has set up very effective processes for his company. Communication was excellent and the employees and contractors were all aware of the schedule, daily tasks and routines, and the design plan. All the employees were very engaged and seemed to like and respect their employer. Onn's plans were very detailed and made it very easy to iterate on the design and track the construction progress. The professionalism of their process was similar to much larger, more expensive firms but, instead of resulting in increased costs like the others, we think it improved their efficiency and held down costs. As they stated, They are not the cheapest or most expensive contractor, and we found that to be true. The quote was very fair but what set them apart is that the estimate didn't change at all through the design process except for some very small additions that we clearly added. And the same price and schedule held through the entire project, again except for a few small changes we requested. Onn suggested several design tweaks that all improved the final product but all were no cost items and or very minor charges where they clearly needed to order more expensive materials. This was a vastly different experience from other contractors who promised a range of cost but grossly inflated the price after detailing the design even though nothing changed. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blues Brothers Construction for any home remodel and will gladly go to them again for our future needs.”

“We have been working with Sami, Shon and Tom for over 2 years in around the Bay Area. As an architectural design professional, I really enjoy completing projects after projects with them. They are easy to work with, very responsive, honest, and they care about the home owners' budget, time and expectations. Construction is always a heavy task. But Sami and his team make it easier for everyone, including me as a designer. Their team keeps the progress updated and provides all the roles enough information in time for decision making. They do have the experience to deliver a quality service. And from the design point of view, Sami is experienced and can provide really good solutions and material suggestions. In a project, his fast feedback allowed us to change the operable skylights to a better size to save some money for the client. “Lecut Construction is one of the best remodeling companies out there! We contacted them looking for help with an our kitchen remodeling project. Their friendly receptionist replied promptly and we had a project manager,Michael and guy , at our house in just few days. The project managers Michael and guys was extremely attentive to all our concerns and questions and took full control of all the necessary paperwork and scheduling. Prior to contracting with Lecut we have postponed our project multiple times in fear of the headache and time-consumption we expected to have, however, Michael and guy made the project effortless for us. After the completion our kitchen looks incredible! “I worked with Darrell Butler of 21st Century to have a new foundation done in my back yard and under my bathroom. Darrell was very helpful in determining what exactly needed to be done, arrived at every one of our meeting times punctually and was very patient in waiting until I was financially ready to do the work because I was dealing with recovering from breast cancer but needed the work done urgently. He was very sympathetic to my situation and supportive which really made me feel I could trust him with my project. When it was time to do the work he brought in a cement contractor that did the work in two days, was very efficient, took all the old cement and more with them and left behind a very beautiful new outdoor concrete patio and also lifted my bathroom to add the new foundation underneath. They added a new drain to keep the water from the slope from eroding the soil under the bathroom which was making the bathroom sink. I am very pleased with the work and with 21st Century's commitment to making it happen for me and doing a great job. I feel that what they charged me for this project was fair and was happy to pay it knowing that the work had been very well.”

I had so many questions, and Tony was patient with me every step of the way. They were very thorough and competitive. They were constantly updating me and going over the process . “We hired Toupin Construction to remove our master bathroom bathtub and install a stall shower and a stackable washer/dryer in its place. We had two additional quotes from other contractors and we felt Toupin Construction's quote was comparable in price but offered more in terms of aesthetics and prior experience with this type of remodel.
