“We've been working with Rudy and Freddy since 2018 when they renovated our Great Room. They laid down the wood floors, installed new light fixtures, stained our beams, built and stained new steps and installed railings, and painted every room in our house! “I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”

“My wife and I selected Michael Nash from among five separate bids for a considerable renovation and expansion of our home. Michael Nash was the second lowest bidder, but our confidence in Sonny Nazemin’s eye for design and considerable number of award-winning designs was crucial in our initial selection. We have a grand house in Reston built in the late 1960s. It has solid bones but really needed a whole house renovation. We also needed more space to house our extended family. Our project consisted of a new two-car garage, siding, roofing and a totally new floor consisting of a master suite and bathroom. From the start of the project I was impressed with the one price upfront to complete the project. Sonny navigated our plans through the difficult process of approval by our local Design Review Board. His personal attention and negotiation with the board led to the rapid approval of our project. Follow on work for our front porch and driveway was reasonably priced. When we requested a re-design of the ceilings for the master suite, Sonny spared no expense hiring several architects to arrive at the design we desired. His vision throughout the project ensured its success. ******************* EXTRA FOLLOW-ON WORK COMPLETED jANUARY 25, 2014 *********************** We gave Michael Nash extra follow-on work with our kitchen because we were so pleased with how our Master Suite and other work turned out. We told Sonny that we had a limited budget but wanted to get as much of the kitchen done as possible. He suggested that we keep our old cabinets and redo everything else. Sonny has a great eye for design and suggested that we take out some cabinets to open up the room. He helped us with color choices that made the kitchen modern and bright. They replaced the oven, the hood, the induction cooktop, the counter, the floor, the sink, repaired and replaced doors, painted the room and put in a new lighting system with ten canned lights. Michael Nash kept to a timetable except for the hood at the end, which was really unavoidable. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and recommend Michael Nash to our neighbors and friends.”

“This husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldn’t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldn’t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. Their communication skills are top notch, their employees were there when they said they’d be there, always neat and cleaning up as they went along.”

“Put in Cove lighting in media room and built screened in area under deck. The work was well done. Weather contributed a bit to a delay in finishing the outside work. The company is very busy and slow to provide estimates. Once contract is signed they keep to the schedule and if there is a schedule change they notify you in advance.”
