“I worked with Inspired builders on my master bathroom remodeling back in 2021. I met David the project manager at the first meeting and he was very professional and honest. The estimate was very reasonable and fair, so after interviewing several companies I hired David and Inspired builders. We started with design, the designer was very thorough helping me choose my tiles and fixtures and took care of the permitting. David was often in my house running the project along with Antony the foreman and the crew. They were very professional and clean making sure my bed cloths are covered and protected. The project turned out exactly as I imagined and I am enjoying my new bathroom every day. I am planning to remodel my second bath next year and I will definitely call David again. Highly recommended!!”

“Great experience! Our journey to find the right contractor began by leaving our details in multiple remodeling service websites and met with seven contractors, needless to say I was not impressed by their understanding of the code in the San Francisco code or attention to details. Two things that were very important to us. Fortunately I was recommended on TRIOND via a friend from work who just had them do his bathroom and kitchen remodeling. We were interested in remodeling two bathrooms, which hadn't changed since its last renovation in the '70s... Although Triond's proposal wasn't the lowest one, we chose them to do our bathroom remodeling. We were impressed by the fact the proposal was very comprehensive and had taken into consideration options and obstacles other contractors did not even consider mentioning. Even though we had a vision in mind about how each bathroom should look, we are happy we took the interior designer's advice. The layout the designer suggested made sense and the rendering really helped seeing how everything comes together. and eventually, it also saved us some budget which we were able to spend on higher quality finish materials. “Golden Heights remodeled our kitchen and we love it! The project required moving one interior wall, moving a door and windows and adding two windows. The house is stronger now with better shoring and support than before. We felt that Golden Heights was a one-stop shop with a network of designers, engineers, architects, electricians and of course, builders. Neryah was our project manager; he guided the process from start to finish. Neryah spent hours listening to our ideas and making sure that every detail was planned for ahead of time. He helped make design and lighting choices, shopped for tile with me, and designers from GH identified the perfect cabinet source for us. Once we were given a contracted price there were no increases or change orders except for what we wanted to add (removing crown molding and painting another room). Eran talked me into a pot filler over the stove (no extra charge for installation) and guess what...I use it almost every day. The construction crew that showed up each morning were courteous, friendly, hard working. Every day they cleaned up and made our house as livable as possible. Shout out to Ulysses and Memo! Golden Heights took care of foundation work, framing, stucco, texturing, painting, floor and cabinet installation, tiling, plumbing, electrical...all the things. Neryah is a perfectionist who insisted a few times that work be done the more difficult yet right way, even when we would have probably been satisfied otherwise. The amount of time the crew spent on the project was much less important to him than having it done the best way. Of course we had a couple of hiccups along the way, but never anything that caused us worry or conflict. Neryah is a problem solver for sure. We are typically DIY people (we have remodeled our three bathrooms, installed flooring, painted everything, husband used to build cabinets) but this project was too big for us. As fairly knowledgable folks, we can recommend Golden Heights as knowing their remodeling stuff.”
