“Tony and his team did an excellent job . They expanded my master bedroom including the bathroom and a walk in closet. I am not the easiest customer. I had so many questions, and Tony was patient with me every step of the way. They were very thorough and competitive. They were constantly updating me and going over the process . The entire experience was great!! Always on time with a great attitude. I want to say that I worked with a few general contractors over the years and it is difficult to find a good one that actually keeps you updated. “Great experience! Our journey to find the right contractor began by leaving our details in multiple remodeling service websites and met with seven contractors, needless to say I was not impressed by their understanding of the code in the San Francisco code or attention to details. Two things that were very important to us. Fortunately I was recommended on TRIOND via a friend from work who just had them do his bathroom and kitchen remodeling. We were interested in remodeling two bathrooms, which hadn't changed since its last renovation in the '70s... Although Triond's proposal wasn't the lowest one, we chose them to do our bathroom remodeling. We were impressed by the fact the proposal was very comprehensive and had taken into consideration options and obstacles other contractors did not even consider mentioning. Another reason we have chosen TRIOND over other remodeling companies is because even before signing anything the project manager brought an engineer to take a look and share his impression when we were considering removing a load bearing wall and relocate the bathroom We are very pleased with the final result. Even though we had a vision in mind about how each bathroom should look, we are happy we took the interior designer's advice. The layout the designer suggested made sense and the rendering really helped seeing how everything comes together. and eventually, it also saved us some budget which we were able to spend on higher quality finish materials. We would choose to work with TRIOND on future remodeling projects!”

“Had 2 bathrooms gutted and redone. The finished product looks great. John and NB were great communicators, was always available by text. The subs were talented, great plumber and tiler. Took longer, but some of that was me with change orders. Made sure through the entire project we always had in inside toilet. Bid came in at the middle, still not cheap but the end result was worth it.”

“Collaborating with the Freeform team has been a great experience and we are thrilled with the end result. We contacted the Freeform team after receiving a referral to them from a friend. Carlos and the Freeform team did a great job in gathering as much input from us about how we lived, how we would like our new home to facilitate living that our current home didn’t, and even went into great detail about how we used our kitchen, closets, and more. We received great guidance throughout the process and always felt that we could voice our opinions and desires while also getting good feedback about where we could change or approach things differently that we envisioned so that the resulting home was better. We were offered design options, which we re-iterated on a few times until we landed on a final option that combined the best of everything we were presented with. Similarly, we were presented with permitting strategies and during construction we always felt we received options with enough information so that we could make informed decisions. The only critique we have was that the construction took a bit longer than we anticipated, but the impact of this delay was minimized since we knew well ahead of time where we stood with regard to our schedule/timeline. This allowed us to plan for the extra 2 months of construction. Overall, we’re thoroughly pleased with the interior renovation and our new home.”

“The staff at Ohashi Design Studio helped me design my kitchen/living space. I wanted to open up our galley kitchen to be able to see our incredible view from the kitchen. They came up with a design I never imagined could work so well. Rather than just remove a wall, they moved the kitchen, changed it to a more functional shape and not only opened up the view, but made the living space feel like we were outside. I have been especially impressed with their level of service. They listened to my dreams and goals and turned it into a reality beyond what I'd hoped for. They were available anytime I needed guidance during construction and made sure the project was built down to the finest details. They helped me find a contractor and oversaw the bidding process. They helped pick out all the materials and finishes, even the paint color. I can't say enough about their level of expertise and professionalism. I worked with Dave and Alan.”
