“Very complete work. Knows how to find the best subcontractors in San Diego. Professional foreman and crew. Eric took a personal interest and checked on progress frequently as well as his crew manager Chad. Were able to make modifications as we went along. We added two rooms, bathroom and rooftop deck as well as outdoor shower and refinishing some stuff that was already in progress. the project did take longer than originally anticipated, but since we did make modifications,, I was not too surprised”
