“Barrett and Preston took on our projects of adding a custom outdoor kitchen, making us our dream master bathroom, and installing new floors throughout our entire house. We could not be happier with the end result. But more importantly, they were the best contractors we have ever dealt with. Not only were they transparent about the pricing and timeline, but they made sure whenever there were delays, or any sort of hiccups, they were taken care of as quickly as possible. “They always say that the best references come from word of mouth. I first heard ofTelion from my uncle who referenced him as one of the top painters in the DFW area. So long story short, we hired Telion for the painting portion of our phase 1 remodel. Needless to say they did an outstanding job. We were totally pleased. Which brings us to phase 2 of our remodel. To our surprise we found out Telion could do all of the remodeling/construction process. David has a lot of experience with commercial grade building. Which in turn, gives you a great quality on residential construction. For example, using a thicker lintel over a door or thicker rebar in pouring concrete. So we again hired Telion for the second time on a new master bedroom/closet/master bath/ and spare bedroom. We were even more impressed with their work. It took a little longer than we expected due to Covid and general issues. But in the end the work was phenomenal and David’s integrity was second to none! The question we always ask is would you hire them again and would you refer them to others? The answer to both is yes and yes.”

“I originally hired Dan to simply remove the shelving, furniture and molding around the perimeter of my basement to prepare for waterproofing. When the waterproofing was completed and I Dan came back to replace the items he had removed, he asked what my plans were for the basement and suggested that with a nice dry basement, why not put tiles on the floor and repaint the paneling to give the basement a totally new and brighter look? Well that was the best decision I made. Dan was quick and careful, cleaned up and 6 years later the basement is as good as ever. I also hired Dan to renovate my bedroom, do my floors and a host of other projects. Reliable , considerate and reasonably priced and he can do anything!”
