Scott delivers all that and more; he is experienced in a variety of styles, has creativity and skills coupled with the analytical sense to construct a solution that is not only visually stunning but delivers good cost/benefit balance over the future years maintaining the space. “Deana and Michael were highly recommended. We sought their services for bathroom remodels. They supplied us with a detailed budget that respected our budget guidelines. Deana and Michael were easy to work with even though most of our discussions had to be done by phone to our home in Wisconsin. Besides the phone consultations, Michael sent us phone pictures and videos to keep us current. Michael and Deana were very conscientious about our budget and would suggest ways to save money without sacrificing quality (instead of granite countertops, travertine marble was substituted at a 1/4 of the cost of granite) The people from Urban Maintenance, INC were a joy to work with on our bathrooms. They met all of our questions, recommendations, and needs with a positive attitude. We would recommend without question.”

“Great Experience with Levite Construction, from beginning to end. The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. Highly recommend this professional team at Levite Construction for any remodeling project you have!”

“Level Up Home Remodeling has been great to work with. The project management by Ellie and Chase was above and beyond we could imagine. We contracted them for an addition of 1100 Sq. Ft. including relocating out kitchen, Leveling up the living room and adding two bathrooms to the house. The promises were delivered and we got a beautiful home to share with our family. The level of communication and professionalism were always their ultimate goal. Their passion about the details and the outcome is something we always felt. “I hired JML Design to design a backyard cottage. This had been a dream of mine for some time and I met Jean-Marc LeRoy in passing and when I learned he was an architect, I mentioned my vision to have a back yard cottage built, but was in no hurry to start. What I really appreciated was that a few months later, he circled around to check in to see what my progress was and if I was still interested in having this done. As a busy business owner with 100's of things jockeying for my attention, I really needed this follow up. After checking out his website that showed some of his previous projects, I saw that his aesthetic was what I was looking for. We met for a consultation, a site preview and then a proposal was presented. This was my first time working with an architect, but I found his breakdown to be thorough and very reasonable. Another thing that I really appreciated about Jean-Marc is his ability to listen. He was able to take my ideas and turn it into something more than I imagined, adding things that represented my style and ideas. Jean-Marc has magnificent talent as well as connection to resources and experts in the field. I would recommend him to my closest friends and feel confident that he would deliver his best.”
