“Rod did an excellent job for us. He was very professional and treated our home like it was his home. He resealed all our external doors throughout the house and repaired our outside ceiling fan. “Over this past summer, we contracted Rapid Restoration & Construction to do some home renovations for us. This included the installation of new LVT flooring planks over our existing tile, the replacement of new baseboards, updating our outdated oak & carpet staircase, a new shower installation and the painting of cabinets and doors. We are very pleased with the job Rapid Restoration has done and have received many compliments on the updated home renovations. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, however, the job took a little longer than initially anticipated, but the owner, Dave, was dedicated to getting everything completed within our designated time frame. Dave and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do some home renovations and/or remodel.”

“Chris Nelson of Peak Construction and Design delivered exactly what I asked him to complete for a project I designed in Palm Desert. Chris is very detail oriented and brought excellent sub contractors to the project. I was impressed with Chris' ability to manage the subs and get the very best work for my Client. There were definitely some delays in our schedule due to material availabilities and design changes on our part, but even with Chris managing multiple projects, he still managed to fit us into his busy schedule and keep the project moving.
