“"Croshier Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had their kitchen remodeled. My home remodel was wall to wall - floor to ceiling including bathrooms, electrical and custom-built products. In addition to the quality, professional work, it is the customer service provided that makes Croshier Construction stand out. Communication and follow-through each day was wonderful! I always knew what was going to happen because there was a sequential schedule we agreed to in advance so I could make work and living arrangements - the job prep before and after assured the rooms/projects were finished on time and ready for the next phase. Knowing his experience, listening to his recommendations, current trends and suggestions from previous jobs helped me develop ideas that worked well together for my home. The solid relationship with subs like plumber, electricians, flooring, cabinet maker, painters contributed to a team effort when they were in my home - they even took special care to work around my dog! Big bonus, the workspace for the day was always cleaned up as much as possible at the end of the day making it livable throughout the remodel.” Recently, I asked Croshier Construction to return to my home to re-build and replace an old patio cover and reseal the deck.”

“Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. “Mike did a whole house window replacement for us. He is knowledgeable, and was very responsive from beginning of the project to final finishing. I can tell he has been in this business for long time and has real hands on experience. It was a major project or us, so we had many questions, and we just asked him. I highly recommend him, as he really knows all aspects of general contacting work, from sales, permits, planning, and to actual installation. His price is very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with the end result.”

“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. “I want to thank Josh Coit and his team at WAYCO Construction, Inc for the great work that was done on for recent home upgrade. Josh did a fine job of managing the effort in spite of concurrent work being performed by other companies in other areas of our home, and served to work seamlessly with the other efforts. As far as the stone facing that was installed, I don't think the word "artist" is too far from appropriate to describe the work that Rob performed in upgrading our home. My wife was very pleased at the work and approving comments continually came from the rest of the family as the work progressed. I think most telling was when a couple of neighbors stopped by and commented on how nice the work was and one even sought a referral. Bottom line, if you need an appearance upgrade to your home that is professionally done, that has patient and flexible management that can work through your particular issues, I can't recommend any better professionals than the team at WAYCO Construction. “We have now completed three different projects with James O'Keefe and his BuildMasters Construction Inc., and I can say that I would not go with any other general contractor! He and his crew do impeccable work, are dependable, keep the client up to date on time and budget issues. He has great communication, is clear on his timeline so that we can order materials in a timely manner, and he is very detail-oriented. This project, a whole house remodel, shows up in his Houzz profile as "Encinitas Beach Remodel," and everyone concerned has said what a great job he's done. Finally, we have had 3 local real estate professionals tour the house, and every one of them has asked if we would share the name of our contractor. We continue to happily state that we are once again extremely satisfied with James O'Keefe and BuildMasters Contracting.”
