“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. He walked us through every step of the project and while construction can be stressful at times, he was very responsive whenever we had questions before and during the remodel. His crew showed up on time every day and Nick, who did most of the work on our project, did an amazing job. The work was completed on schedule and budget. There was an issue at first with the drainage in the shower but they were very professional and resolved it quickly. Both bathrooms look beautiful and are everything we hoped they would be.
