“Poseidon Remodeling updated 2 bathrooms in our house including the master. We got bids from 3 different places and not only was Poseidon's bid very competitive but Zoran, the owner, just seemed like the right guy for the job. He walked us through every step of the project and while construction can be stressful at times, he was very responsive whenever we had questions before and during the remodel. His crew showed up on time every day and Nick, who did most of the work on our project, did an amazing job. The work was completed on schedule and budget. There was an issue at first with the drainage in the shower but they were very professional and resolved it quickly. Both bathrooms look beautiful and are everything we hoped they would be. We would recommend Poseidon for any home improvement project and look forward to working with them in the future.”

“Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. “Just completed our Bathroom Remodeling with Optimal and we can't be more happy. We must say that we had great feeling about Optimal Home Remodeling from the moment we scheduled our appointments. The process was very professional and efficient, we had our meeting within few days and our quote in less than a day after our meeting. The cost felt fair and reasonable and we signed a contract. Next thing was obtaining city permit which was handled by Optimal as well. Construction went smooth, passed all city inspections and finish on time. If you're looking for honest and responsible company who doesn't compromise on quality use Optimal. We'll definitely use them for our future projects.”

“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

“Working with Karin on our kitchen remodel design and installation was a breath of fresh air! We did an "Owner Builder" remodel on a 1914 craftsman that had an unfortunate remodel done in the 80's which required major updates to the kitchen/layout including moving and removing walls; lots of moving parts. Of all the trades/vendors working on the home during the remodel she brought to the table the most creative and functional suggestions and ideas along with the greatest attention to detail on the work being done. She visited the job site multiple times even before it came time to do the kitchen install; while others were working and brought to my attention things others were not correctly. She exhibited a hands-on approach that gave me confidence all would be done according to the plan and delivered on time and on budget! (pics before 100% complete)”

“"Croshier Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had their kitchen remodeled. My home remodel was wall to wall - floor to ceiling including bathrooms, electrical and custom-built products. In addition to the quality, professional work, it is the customer service provided that makes Croshier Construction stand out. Communication and follow-through each day was wonderful! I always knew what was going to happen because there was a sequential schedule we agreed to in advance so I could make work and living arrangements - the job prep before and after assured the rooms/projects were finished on time and ready for the next phase. Knowing his experience, listening to his recommendations, current trends and suggestions from previous jobs helped me develop ideas that worked well together for my home. The solid relationship with subs like plumber, electricians, flooring, cabinet maker, painters contributed to a team effort when they were in my home - they even took special care to work around my dog! Big bonus, the workspace for the day was always cleaned up as much as possible at the end of the day making it livable throughout the remodel.” Recently, I asked Croshier Construction to return to my home to re-build and replace an old patio cover and reseal the deck.”
