“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“Raymac Remodeling brought me in as the designer for this job which consisted of renovating two bathrooms for their client. The project included reconfiguring a jack & jill bath into a single bath with more space added to a walk-in closet and updating the other bath with new fixtures, flooring, lighting and cabinetry. Throughout the project the homeowner's home was treated with respect and the work areas were kept clean. Protecting the other areas of the house from dust and dirt were also taken into consideration. Raymac's work ethic and attention to detail definitely sets them apart from their competitors. The clients were extremely pleased because the project was completed on time and within budget. As a designer they were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area who is considering a renovation project for their home.”

“Josh is amazing! I have used him for a lot of work at our house on multiple occasions. 1st project- replaced large entry window. 2nd project - Finish in entire basement 3rd project - Update master bathroom. 1st project went great. So that lead me to hire him for the second project. This was a big one. He did an excellent job. His attention to detail is unmatched. He constantly communicates status of the project. He stands by his work! Did I mention He stands by his work! Our 3rd project was just like the others. Excellent communication! Attention to detail! On time! Stands by his work! Renata had great, creative ideas and was able to totally change the look of the room within our budget. She was extremely easy to work with, providing professional guidance toward our goal, being very accessible, generous with her time and she made the process fun. Daniel knows his stuff, from requesting permits to completing the build within 7 months. It was close to perfect custom home for my wife and I. His commitment to ensuring our house was always first priority and never letting us having an unanswered question was spectacular. I still owe Daniel a dinner for his amazing work on our custom home. Thank you UpperTown Homes! Our project was on .87 acre of land, 5000 sq ft under roof, 3500 sq ft of heated space, 1 1/2 stories.”
