He knew all about how to integrate materials to create a home that would be low maintenance for us as we age. Paul paid attention to every detail and he truly integrated our home with the wooded setting surrounding it. We LOVE every day that we get to live in this beautiful place. “After purchasing our mantel that was to be the centerpiece of our family room, we realized it is not an easy task hanging a 200 pound piece of wood. I was referred to Jim by a friend, and it was clear that he was a qualified professional and was very easy to work with. He was quick to respond, and due to his prior experience, he had a clear plan on how to complete the installation. The finished product looks amazing and we will be using him in the near future for our kitchen remodel.”

“The garage door walk-thru literally fell apart. Boyd Restoration came in, measured the area, looked at what work would need to be done, and ordered a custom door to replace what had been there. I paid for the door when it was ordered, and paid for the labor on completion. This was my choice, Mr. Boyd did not request payment first. Boyd Restoration does excellent work, the way my father would have done it. It is not sloppy or thrown together. Extra care is taken in the finished project so that the home looks good. I found Brian Boyd to be honest, and has a good reputation and work ethic. I recommend Boyd Restoration for any project you may have around your home or business.”

“Received a timely and accurate estimate for a new roof including tear off and repairs. The estimate was itemizes very well so I could see exactly what the costs were. The crew started and completed the project in one day and cleaned up so you would never know they were there. I would definitely hire again.”

“We used Homes By Design to build our dream house. We talked to the owner, Brad Bowman for almost eight years before we decided to build our home. I do not think we could have built our house with any other builder. It did not matter what idea I had, Brad visualized what I wanted and executed my vision in the most cost effective manner. Brad always had amazing ideas in design, and how to use every inch of space. If you want a truly custom home, this is the way to go! One of the reasons we went with Homes By Design is because before we built our home we spoke to many of his previous clients. Not one had anything negative to say about their experience. Now that our project is finished we join that long list of satisfied home owners. We are beyond thrilled with the end result!”

“JFWood remodeled my house over the course of several years. I purchased the house as a retirement location and worked with them to make it perfect over the spam of a couple of years. I worked area to area in the house to make the house my own. Scope of work: kitchen, 3 bathrooms, finish basement, and remove some interior walls to make the house more open. I did this while continuing to work in Columbus, OH. They were very helpful, courteous and professional. As I was not on site when the work was being performed, I could rely on them to handle deliveries and do the best job for me in my absence. they stood by their work and resolved any issues that have come up. They handled a couple problems for me that were above and beyond their scope of work, just to help me in my absence. I am very happy with the final product and would recommend them to others.”
