“From start to finish this was an amazing experience. Becky listened to all of our input and took all of our wants and needs into consideration. “The architects at TKP have great vision and practical ideas. I had spent months working with another architect to design an addition to our 55-year-old home but nothing clicked. Then Karen Keating looked all through our home, sat down and in a matter of minutes roughly sketched out a plan which included a dining nook, den, office, bath and storage room. I knew we'd found the firm with which we wanted to work. Everyone that we worked with at TKP was respectful of our ideas, and then made them even better. We love our three-year-old, 1000 square foot "new" space. It flows beautifully with the original house.”

I looked at the result of several renovations before hiring Carol - what was obvious in her work was a deep understanding of the technical challenges as well as a love of understated, elegant design and an eye for detail. I made the right choice. Carol's sensitivity, approachability, and unflappable resolve rescued the project. “Bryan has done some exterior work on our 1930s house that I couldn't find anyone else who would even consider the job. His team was quick, efficient, and friendly. We enjoyed the experience so much that we had him do a full kitchen remodel. The kitchen project was affected by covid and supply chain issues, so we had some delays and had to make some different choices due to price fluctuations, but Bryan was very communicative and honest during the process. He and his team find ways to get things done rather than take the easy way out or make excuses. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. I strongly recommend Seawolf and Bryan for any interior or exterior work you might be considering.”

“We began a business relationship with Western Building Corp in 2007 when we contracted with them to remodel a bathroom an facilitate a minor expansion of one room. The work they performed was excellent, on time and fairly priced. We later needed additional repairs and modifications to our then 75 year old home, and they always delivered on time and within budget. Our confidence and commitment to Western was reinforced when our son was searching for a company to build a new structure on an existing residential foundation. Here again Western delivered on time, on budget. Our daughter bought home in Parker, CO and needed the basement to be built out and have several rooms added. once again, on time, on budget. In 2014 we sold our big house and downsized to a small 80 year old bungalow that needed extensive expansion, and upgrading. We contracted with Western to do all the work and we have comfortably lived in our new/old house since that time. We have called Western whenever a problem arose and they have either promptly solved our issue, or recommended others to do specific work. We are totally pleased with the Western, and more so with the talented people who have worked on our projects. We have gotten to know many of their staff and would strongly endorse the company and the people. We have recommended Western to friends who have contracted with them on a variety of projects.”
