“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. “The best contractor I ever worked with. He remodeled my entire condo, both bathrooms, all floor, entire kitchen, all walls, removed pop corn ceiling , literally everything is brand new. It was a huge project and we were both nervous. But the owner (Saif) went above and beyond. He was always available, always responsive , professional , and most importantly, extemely honest. He goes above and beyond. He even went out with us to help buy materials we needed which made everything fit perfectly at the end. His crew is also so friendly. The whole process was a pleasure. We had extensive remodeling work done in the past with a different company and that experience left us so bitter and jaded, ao we went into this one with lower expectations but I was amazed at the difference with Antoon.
