“I have worked with Leo Lantz since 1994. We have completed more projects that I can remember. Some small and others on a major scale. Am I pleased with his work? If on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best) I would give him a 20. Leo's work, and his work ethic, is excellent and beyond reproach. If you look at his photos you will see my beautiful sunroom, bathroom and kitchen. I cannot say, in just a few words, just how pleased I am with everything Leo has done for me and my home, over the years. He is honest, dependable and a perfectionest. “I found Fitz and Sonz Builders to be one of the most honest and upfront builder experiences I have had in many years with my Home Projects in the last 15 years. They work well in many situations that maybe unique as being in a sub contractor role too a GC role. Tony's experience and knowledge of Wood construction , residential work, craftmanship is profound. He understands many different Materials , Means and Methods and is always willing to listen to others ideas that maybe in the same industry. I found Tony to be very upfront in providing ROM's, budgeting suggestions on how to use different materials and or methods to achieve the same end result as well as being willing to let the customer feel good about the decision making process and not roll over a clients wishes. This can be difficult at times for professional contractors to deal with clients that may not completely understand the building process and the reasoning's or cost aspects behind doing things a certain way. Tony is very likable and knows how to put the customer first. One of the many things that impressed me was his working with his sons and the work ethic that he instills in those that work with him as well as their professionalism and respectfulness to their client . I took a week + off work just so I could experience a week working with them and enjoy building my dream with them. Being from a larger GC builder out of NVA this brought me back to my early memories of building and why I loved it.”

“I contracted with Mr. Edwards to remodel my kitchen which was about a 1980's look. The cabinets were made of wood but the doors were of pressed wood. I also had outdated wine cabinets and bookcases which needed updating. Mr Edwards suggested remaking the two wine cabinets into shelves for cookbooks, and two covered cabinet spaces which now open into two desk and computer spaces which now give me and my son a work space. Mr. Edwards made a new wine rack and cabinet which he suggested for a space that was not being utilized. One of the most difficult jobs he had was to finish new cabinet and bookcase doors to the exact finish that was on the parts that we did not have to replace. He spent an inordinate amount of time working to get the match. I am pleased to say that it is perfect. He personally installed the entire job. When he installed the drawer fronts he told me the original drawer frames were really not good. I did not contract for him to do the inside of the drawers because I was trying to save money. He wanted them to be right so he said he would make new frames for the original cost. He made 8 new frames. I have an open den/kitchen he replaced the bookcase doors in the den with a perfect match to the kitchen. Mr. Edwards is very conscious of doing quality work. He was timely, his price for the job was very reasonable. He understands his craft, is professional and easy to work with. I think he is the best. I give him the highest recommendation.”
