He provided me with an extremely reasonable quote BUT ALSO guaranteed 24/7 contact with him incase I had any questions at all hours of the day. He and his team were amazing. “We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks!
There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

“The best contractor I ever worked with. He remodeled my entire condo, both bathrooms, all floor, entire kitchen, all walls, removed pop corn ceiling , literally everything is brand new.
It was a huge project and we were both nervous. But the owner (Saif) went above and beyond. He was always available, always responsive , professional , and most importantly, extemely honest.
He goes above and beyond. He even went out with us to help buy materials we needed which made everything fit perfectly at the end.
His crew is also so friendly.
The whole process was a pleasure. We had extensive remodeling work done in the past with a different company and that experience left us so bitter and jaded, ao we went into this one with lower expectations but I was amazed at the difference with Antoon.

“Working with Karin on our kitchen remodel design and installation was a breath of fresh air! We did an "Owner Builder" remodel on a 1914 craftsman that had an unfortunate remodel done in the 80's which required major updates to the kitchen/layout including moving and removing walls; lots of moving parts. Of all the trades/vendors working on the home during the remodel she brought to the table the most creative and functional suggestions and ideas along with the greatest attention to detail on the work being done. She visited the job site multiple times even before it came time to do the kitchen install; while others were working and brought to my attention things others were not correctly. She exhibited a hands-on approach that gave me confidence all would be done according to the plan and delivered on time and on budget! (pics before 100% complete)”
