We looked into replacing the entire window and had quotes in excess of $3,500 which did not include some tile work that would need to be addressed by a second contractor. We contacted R&S Glazing Specialties to have the glass replaced rather than replacement of the entire window. R&S completed the entire project in 3 weeks (would have had to wait 14-16 weeks to obtain a new window) at a fraction of the cost. The services of R&S were A-1 from the initial contact with the office through estimating to completion of the project. They were very attentive to our needs and concerns and timely in completing the work. If you need glass replacement (or other services R&S provides), I would no hesitation in using them.”
