Considering Career Counselling or Career Coach Certifications online through Coursera, Udemy, Skillsoft, LinkedIn learning, Alison courses etc 2. These courses must provide you with ICCC which is International Certified Career Coach. There are 3 levels ICCC Foundation, ICCC Advanced and ICCC Masters. This is basically from where i considered doing my Career Counselling course. 3. It was a 3 month duration with real-world insights in Career Counselling & Guidance to enhance the skill-sets in this domain. 4. The course was an online course with in-built live session by expert faculties making it ideal for professionals like me.

In my experience, the Certification program that i spoke about from Mindler gave me a comprehensive structure to the nuances as I entered the world of Career Coaching. It had weekly assessments where our scores were tabulated basis the coursework submissions we made. It also gave me an edge to start my own practice with the community around me.
