A "Follow me" approach with early adaptors and individual examples has more power than numerous training from third-party people. Why? As humans, we don't like change and demonstrate resistance. The first followers, early adapters or "technological champions" from the same team are allies who can show two critical points. First, I'm one of us, and I've done it. Personal example works well to eliminate the team's fears or resistance. The second, Technology Champion, brings the value of implementing new technology, not hypothetical but real, which will positively impact me and my work.
