This is one of those instances where your LinkedIn résumé (public) and your personal résumé (selective share) should differ. If you are a person who has #transformation or #changemanagement on their résumé, you certainly want to articulate the “why” and the “how” of your actions professional experience while being abundantly respectful of the company and the need for confidentiality. Those who excel in this area likely walked into (by choice!) challenging circumstances. The key is to be always respectful in public but as descriptive as possible on your resume. As to the latter, one suggestion is to avoid absolute value (numbers), but instead use percentages (relative values).
