In my experience, asking the teachers what they need is essential! In education there are many types of required training for teachers, but often it is repetitive and good to know but not essential like technology. Often it’s decided for them, not by them and doesn’t consider their levels of proficiency in technology. Listening to teachers is the ingredient that is definitely missing!

I think the teacher selection depends on criteria, based on that they will select, their strength will be proved during the time of work they are doing, interaction with the students, the way of respond to the student, and student feedback about his understanding of the subject, doubt clarification, communication with the teacher, comfortable in classroom all depends on the teacher.

It's really important that you take a team approach to this that involves your school sites and the district office. A structure for ensuring teachers and staff have the training and support that they need that has worked well in my experience is one where the district has a few "technology leads" whose role is highly focused on working with teachers at each of the sites as frequently as possible. Their work can include conducting professional development workshops, planning with teachers, and co-teaching lessons. To support their efforts, each site should also have teachers and staff who are the "resident educational technology" experts who can address their school's specific needs on an even more frequent basis.

Peer to peer learning and skills development turns the learning and professional skills process into a journey that people can do together. This sense of shared work and results creates a strong support network and instils confidence in the adult learner/teacher. The single most valuable aspect is the "Accountability" that this brings. People are hardwired to be socially interactive and the learning process is no different with significantly higher quality results through shared learning. As in the medical industry with shared professional working peer to peer groups for specialist doctors the value of a collaborative learning pathway cannot be highlighted more. Create processes that require collaborative exchange.
