If you don’t practice it, it won’t happen. Much like sports. What you practice on the field is how you will play on the field.

We have to remember that when we are on a stage, the audience doesn't know what we're going to say. Its like a huge surprise what and when we will deliver. Yes, we may stumble on our words, but embracing that may happen can help as well. Embrace the possibilty but not expect them.
