Number of changes in SCADA graphics, animations, trends, animations, alarms before FAT 2. Number of changes at the time of FAT 3. Number of changes at SAT 4. Number of punch list points for acceptance 5. Document all the above and classify into two groups namely, initiated from client afresh or non compliance to Functional Specification Document 6. Collect the Lessons Learned based on the classification per point 5 Adherence to ISA101 guidelines will minimise the changes after Design phase
