Firstly, you need to understand market demand and valuable feedback from your customers with strategic meetings aimed at win-win business, and then understand them in order to create efficient solutions. One suggestion is to hold periodic meetings aimed not only at selling services, but also at providing valuable feedback to continually improve your processes and create services that meet demand.

Customers need to be the focus. The primary focus. Their needs, their timeliness, their price sensitivities. Definitely gauge sentiment and find a place that satisfies the customer while still remaining profitable. Business is very simple in that way - the customer is not always right, but they do always need to be a customer, and a satisfied one!
