Project Management really is not something you learn most effectively by reading or watching videos. Project Management is best learned by watching and participating in the actual process--live. Additionally, the framework and elements of Project Management vary so much depending on the actual industry or sector that to Assess Skills or Setting Goals will be much more relevant if you actually have at least some "real life" Project Management" experience. Again, this article has good points, but change the order a bit.
