One of the most important parts of Product Development is meeting customer needs. You can discuss your own approach to user research, user testing, and gathering feedback throughout the development process. Highlight your ability to empathize with users, iterate based on feedback, and validate product-market fit.

Always attempt to get at the "why" rather than the "how". It helps you get to the core of the problem, without which you can't think about building a successful product. Ask questions that help you get to this core, try to think beyond what's obviously visible, and consider the large scale implications of product process- the product is not going to exist in isolation, it's going to influence an entire ecosystem. Try to think of these things and they'll trigger your curiousity to ask deeper and focused questions about the product process.

In your answers focus on the interviewer, their needs and those of the organization. Have brief examples that are similar to the position's assignment. Be ready that highlight the benefit/outcome and what you did (and had to overcome) to accomplish it.
