Bei Basecamp gibt es besondere Funktionen für das Teamgefühl, von der gerade Remote Teams profitieren. Wer viele sensible Daten verwendet sollte sich mal Stackfield anschauen.

Esses aplicativos estão entre os mais comuns e simples de usar também entre empresas, por possibilitar encontros profissionais com múltiplos usuários pela internet e sem custos além de um plano de internet e de um computador ou aparelho celular. São eles Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, Teams, Zoho Meetings e WhatsApp.

I my view, for remote team collaboration, MS Teams is the best powerful tools that excel in different aspects of communication and collaboration: MS Teams offers real-time chat functionality, allowing team members to communicate instantly and discuss about problems or share updates. Teams provides a Audio & video conferencing feature, allowing virtual face-to-face meetings with colleagues. Teams integrates with MS 365 applications like Word, Excel, so easy to share files. So by using MS Teams for collaborative document work and structured discussion on Audio & high-quality video conferencing can create a comprehensive and efficient remote collaboration environment for remote team. Other than MS team Zoom is also a good option.

De mon expérience, les meilleurs outils de collaboration sont: - Slack, qui permet de communiquer sur des espaces dédiés à chaque projet, et à l'intérieur de ces espaces de créer des canaux dédiés à chaque aspect de ce projet. Notion (que j'ai commencé à utiliser sérieusement récemment) sert également le même objectif. - Google workspace est également très pratique à bien des égards, car il permet de travailler directement sur le même fichier à plusieurs en même temps. Cela permet de gagner du temps car il est possible de suivre en direct les modifications effectuées sur le document. - Pour communiquer en visio, Zoom reste le meilleur outil

Wird an den Dokumenten kollaborativ gearbeitet oder ist es lediglich eine Ablage/Wissensdatenbank? und 3. Wer darf/muss Zugriff haben? Für gemeinsames Arbeiten an Dateien sind Google Workspace und Office 365 am besten geeignet. Über OneDrive, Google Drive und Dropbox können Dateien geteilt und eine gemeinsame Ablage erstellt werden. Sharepoint bietet zur Nutzung als Wissensdatenbank aber viel mehr Möglichkeiten. Für einmaliges Teilen von großen Dateien bis 5GB ist wetransfer sehr hilfreich (nicht für sensible Daten). Und ja, sorry: auch hier benötigt es wieder ein paar Regeln, um nachhaltig produktiv mit einander zu arbeiten.

Considero que la herramienta más importante, fácil de usar y cotidiana es Google Drive. Dependiendo de la cantidad de material que debamos compartir o del tamaño de la empresa puede utilizarse hasta de forma gratuita. Algo muy importante para empresas o emprendimientos que recién están arrancando.

Auf virtuellen Whiteboards wie Miro lässt sich natürlich alles Mögliche abbilden, unter anderem auf Feedback und Ideen, allerdings kann sich die Moderation, der Überblick und das Tracking als schwierig erweisen. Online-Umfragen bieten da mehr Möglichkeiten zur direkten Datenauswertung. Als Zusatz zu Surveymonkey und Microsoft Forms sei noch Google Surveys zu nennen. Tools zur Videoaufzeichnung wie Loom und Tella.tv können sich eignen, wenn man weitreichendes mündliches Feedback zu einem gewissen Projekt geben möchte und eine Dokumentation wichtig ist.

Gerade wenn Teams auf Projektbasis arbeiten ist es unerlässlich, zu Abrechnungszwecken den Zeitaufwand der verschiedenen Aufgaben zu überwachen. Das geht mit diesen Lösungen sehr schnell und einfach. One of my favorite ways my team learns is through eachother. At the creation of my team, each team member selects a learning topic (this can be a LinkedIn Learning or a different topic) and the team holds an internal meeting to listen, learn, and discuss. We often rely so much on the experts, but forget about what's right in front of us - eachother, our team.

I can suggest Skype as a good tool for group video and voice calling, instant messaging, and also file sharing since it can be used in every area without needing VPNs which is a big issue in some countries unfortunately.

Many of the software listed above are very useful and have their own merit. But it is very important to verify which tools are safe, cover your needs and it is approved by your employer.  Using an approved tool is extremely important - it enables the team to discuss and share data and documents safely, reducing the chance of breaches. It's imperative to make sure the communication and team engagement are flowing well, but it cannot be forgotten to keep all the work safe too!

Zoom y Teams son las herramientas que más he usado durante la nueva normalidad desde la pandemia. Las dos sirven para reunirte y dar presentaciones a clientes, y zoom me dio la oportunidad de estudiar una maestría en el 2020 que no se podía salir a ningún lado.
