To secure reasonable timelines, be upfront with clients about the time needed to deliver quality work and explain the risks of rushing, like potential mistakes or missing key details. Break the project into phases, setting clear milestones and deadlines for each step, so clients see steady progress and understand the process.

Organize your ideas on board, set clear goals, visualize your progress! Contracts are a way to organize before it starts everything and can help you to conciliate for both sides there you can set expectations, goals, deadlines, does and dont's and others... Besides that you need to visualize in a organic way the way you work with your team in this respect boards are really helpful and to set clear goals so everyone in the team are on track... besides to put on the bottom or top a Gantt chart so everyone eyes are on the same line. Beside that... try to give you breaks in the meantime so, your brain is aired and not soaked.. fresh like a salad!
