I found using the STAR Method to be helpful. This helps to structure responses to ensure they are clear and impactful. • Situation: Describe the context within which you performed a task or faced a challenge. • Task: Explain what your responsibility was in that situation. • Action: Describe the specific actions taken. • Result: Share the outcomes. Example: • S: “I was responsible for managing client relationships and resolving complex issues.” • T: “One of my key tasks was to reduce delinquency rates among our clients.” • A: “I developed strong working relationships with 39 banks and conducted reviews to identify process improvements.” • R: “As a result, we saw an 18% reduction in overall delinquency rates within the first year.”

Tenha um bom de repertório de assuntos não só sobre a sua profissão/área de atuação, como também sobre áreas correlatas e distintas. Ter um bom repertório, saber conversar sobre tudo mesmo não dominando o assunto e saber dizer "desconheço isso mas tenho interesse em saber mais", mostra que você é um profissional antenado, disruptivo e aberto a novos desafios.
