For eg, if you are organising a Temple Trip for senior citizens You have the common interest, Temple visit, Any emergency medicines, do they need wheel chair, do they have any meal request, any particular activity or place they wish to do or visit, etc Once you have the above data you have the mind to arrange for the above-mentioned data you are good to go to organize a trip to cater to their choice. Once I had arranged a trip for senior citizens who wanted to visit Velankani Church. On our way back we had arranged a stay at Pondicherry beach. It was an amazing location and the beach is truly mesmerising. My boys and girls were all in for a swim in the ocean mind it it was high tide and not an ideal time to go for a swim. How ever on our way back incidentally they were all from Mumbai so I Got in touch with a swimming coach and few life guards and arranged for open sea swimming class fo my boys and girls from my group they happily came for the paid sessions and on our next vacation to Goa we made sure it fell around the low tide time and they happily indulged in open sea swimming with lots help from local coast guards.
