Right equipment to help them to ease out the work. Right lubricants play a crucial role in any lubrication program. we need to study and understand the OEM lube specification, environment condition and application to choose the best lubricants for our machinery. Sometimes people miss these parameters and go with cheaper products which will affect their application in the long run. The second most important thing to achieve a great lubrication goal is using world class "Tools" starting from even unloading of lubricants in the store area , maintaining FIFO, handling of lube , in-house filtration system, onsite oil laboratory and discarded oil disposal. Before we go for training , we need to equip our people with the best Tools.

Automatic lubrication is a great way to cover most of these 5Rs. Right place, regardless of how hard it is to reach it. Right time and amount, based on the setting. Right method, because it avoids contamination issues associated with manual lubrication. Further more, it is a good way to eliminate human errors and take some duties off of their plate so that they can focus on things that matter the most. Of course it's not a one size fits all solution but it is a useful tool to have.
