Playfulness and creativity is at the heart of my coaching style and philosophy. At Life Under Innovation, we treat transformation as a series of small "experiments". I've found that changing language opens up the door for more playfulness as the expectations of an experiment is different than a goal. Experiments are supposed to fail or explode (think chemistry class), but we learn so much from and keep trying until we discover the formula correct.

Great question! I like to use closed eyes processes to activate that part/state of ourselves in the sessions to get into that energy, and benefit from its wisdom.and perspective. Also with my clients we work on reducing mind sabotage blocking playfullness. Finally, envisioning and pictures I use in processes to create a powerful vision is another way of activating playful and creative mind and state.
