Anytime I need to educate my clients, it's important not to communicate in a demeaning way or as if their way is wrong and mine is right. Just present the benefits of HRA (greater engagement, longer listening time, etc.) and the drawbacks of not having it (sounding unprofessional, decreased listener engagement/listening time). Make sure they know you're on the same team and want the best for them and their business. Soft skills are so important for client retention!

In music today many artists have chosen to record in home studios with single tracks being sent to an off site mixing engineer rather than studio recordings with the full band. This means they most often use ProTools, likely less sensitive microphones and cables than what is available at big studios, and often decide differing sampling rates as individuals with extraneous variables that can affect the recording. Whereas at a studio, all microphones and cables are controlled by one engineer and his associates whilst the room dynamics are controlled at the same time.
