How do you run successful UX feedback sessions with clients?

Its very important step in the entire feedback process: Set clear goals. For example: The overall usability of the device The clarity of the instructions The ease of use of the controls The comfort of the device.

Over the years, I learned the stop/keep/start rule. I always make sure to ask these 3 questions: - What should we stop doing? - What should we keep doing? - What should we start doing? People are in most cases eager to give feedback, but we need to help them organize their thoughts. This simple rule works beautifully for me.

Having the right tools is super important. If you want to get good insights, think about mixed data collection methods. Try to gather both qualitative and quantitative data during the sessions which will give you a holistic and more realistic view compared to just a single-data method. Have tools that will help you collect such data.

Choose the right participants: For example, if you are designing a medical device for children, you would want to include children in your feedback session. You would also want to consider the age, gender, and medical condition of the children.

Presenting ideas to the right decision-makers, and stakeholders is a strategic approach that can greatly streamline the decision-making process.
