The clarity, relevance and conciseness of the business priorities, stakeholders, roles/ responsibilities, risks / threat scenarios, trainings along with the time driven and tested response activities inclusive but not limited to triage, playbooks, seamless communication and collaboration closely coupled with relevant criteria notification / escalation triggers to Crisis Management, Business Continuity / DR, and Emergency Response plans is the way to go towards achieving an effective Incident Management ecosystem.

Asimismo, se debe informar los tiempos estimados de restablecimiento de la operación. La alta dirección debe ser la encargada de comunicar y dar el manejo con el mayor cuidado para mantener la confianza.
