What are the best ways to apply behavioral theory to your team?

No one is too old to set a new goal. One who can set a clear goal can achieve it. The human behaviour is super effective to respond to short term and long term goals. If we set clear goals in our team we can easily get our targets achieved. Once the goals are clear individuals team members goals can be monitored effectively and a team can achieve un imagined possible results.

I'm not sure what the situation is. Goals are ok. But you have a discipline problem . If they want a job there gonna Have to follow the rules. Or you would have to take steps to remove them. Maybe they'll come around And maybe they won't. There are always people willing to work and follow the rules. It sounds harsh. But These jobs are too dangerous To take chances with a wildcat.

In my experience setting clear goals can help employees understand what is expected. You also play a part in this as if you lead a good example in these clear goals your employee will follow you. Communication with employees explaining what the standards are, the minimum work expected and what daily tasks are needed to achieve certain goals can help set a clear picture and allow an employee understand how to work towards such goals with less problems.

Hidden disadvantages could be as simple as an employee may be weaker than another employee so they may struggle more lifting heavy items which can result in tasks taking long than someone who doesn’t struggle with lifting the heavy items. People with hidden disabilities excel in other tasks better than traditional tasks.
