You may not have the control over the hosting, build and deployment steps that you need to use a particular framework. For example, there's no point even considering Next.JS if you're not hosting on Vercel. There's too much pain otherwise. Also consider *what* you are building, and whether the framework is right for it. React was invented to solve Facebook's problems, and Angular to solve Google's, not yours.
