I am reminded of an out of town shoot when my system was lost at the airport. The town was too small to secure a rental in time. We put a notice on FB to request the use of any camera in the area. The only camera that was available was a Canon. I am a Nikon shooter. But the resolution, quality, lenses were all fitting our professional needs. Lucky for me that my assistant was a Canon shooter. So he set up the camera for what I requested, and I just shot away. Got award winning shots. That's when I learned that the camera is just a tool. Nothing more. As long as it has the has the resolution, and quality lenses and fits any other needs, it's the right system. Someone who can not work with a professional system, is the wrong photographer.

All competent photographers should be able to adapt to using different equipment. The choice of equipment should be dictated by budget given and what can be made the most out of it to do the job. Yes there are quality differences in equipment but used correctly most can get the same output in an end to end workflow. Naturally you should expect a bigger budget to work with if you’re tasked with a billboard campaign over content creation for social media and a team should understand where priority of higher spec equipment should go for the good of the business.

I'd hire some people that didn't sit around and smell their own farts. Tell them to quit being a testicle. That 20 years ago, what would you be shooting with? A good photographer could take a the first cell phone camera with video out and make something. The camera isn't the artist you are. If they don't get it I'll give then my grandparents Vhs over the shoulder camera for the next week. They will either quit the job or quit their first world problems complaining.

There shouldn't be a need to compromise when it comes to camera equipment as it's down to the photographer to get the best from the hardware. An experienced photography can adapt and use any hardware be it brands like Nikon, Sony, Canon but also additional equipment like lighting, strobes and modifiers to create images the go beyond hardware being used.

Adaptarse es vital al momento del trabajo fotográfico, algo que nos beneficia es que la mayoría de marcas comparten ópticas con características similares como por ejemplo 70-200mm, 50mm o 35mm. Esto sumado a la experiencia de cada fotografo permitirá que explotemos al maximo las capacidades del equipo que tengamos a disposición.

Knowledge is very important but more so practical skills and being able to put knowledge into creating an end results. Experience in camera hardware, lens, lighting, modifiers and set creation all are key with a high quality end result. If you cant put into practice all the knowledge in the world wont help.

En mi opinión, la integración requiere planificación y comunicación clara. Para lograrlo tengo alguno tips: a. Estandarización: Adoptar software de edición compatible con múltiples formatos de archivo. b. Plataformas Colaborativas: Utilizar plataformas que permitan a todos los miembros trabajar en conjunto, como almacenamiento en la nube. c. Protocolos Claros: Establecer procedimientos estándar para la importación, organización y edición de archivos. d. Capacitación: Asegurar que todos los miembros del equipo estén capacitados en el uso de estas herramientas y plataformas. e. Revisión Continua: Realizar reuniones periódicas para evaluar y ajustar el flujo de trabajo. Esto te garantizará una integración eficiente y colaborativa del equipo.

Com certeza a atualização é muito importante, hoje em dia, se você fica um dia sem estudar parece que você ficou 3 meses perdendo tempo !

En una sesión de fotos para nuestra publicaciones de marcha nórdica, nuestro equipo enfrentó una división sobre qué cámaras usar: Canon, Nikon y Sony.
