In a high-stakes panel, its important to work on internalising the key points around the discussion and anticipating what questions could be asked. When stakes are high staying calm is key. Take a deep breath and focus on listening carefully to the questions. Speak slowly and clearly, sharing one strong idea at a time. If you need a moment to think, it’s okay to pause - it shows confidence. If unsure of the question or if you need clarification feel free to paraphrase. Use simple words and examples to explain your points, so everyone can understand. Keep your answers short and to the point, and if someone disagrees, respond politely and stick to what you know.

I believe that there are three main pillars to achieve clarity within Panel Discussions whether they will turn out to be a pressured one or not: Before Panel: You need to understand the purpose, prepare the key points and do the proper relared research. During the Panel: Active Listening, Structure your answers, speak clearly & slowly, engage with the members of the discussion taking into consideration the questions, body language ans tone. After the Panel: Request feedback & areas of improvement to refine your future discussions.

Isso me ajuda a estar seguro e confiante.
