Effective project management is key. Use tools like Asana or Trello to prioritize tasks, set clear deadlines, and track progress. Regular check-ins with teams and open communication are essential. Prioritize tasks, delegate when possible, and don't be afraid to ask for help. Remember, time management is crucial, so avoid multitasking and focus on one task at a time

It is certainly a balancing act but the key is to ensure that everyone on each team is motivated to achieve the same goal, which is not just to meet the deadline but also to produce work that is to the best of our capabilities. Creating clear workflows and assigning clear tasks to each member helps. But nothing can beat clear communication channels and regular follow up.

Everything starts with a plan, you gotta make yourself a list prioritizing the most important to least important according to the deadlines, the easiest ones to hardest, or the other way around depending on your personality. I personally do the hardest one first or put more time on the hardest project daily instead of the easier one to get off the weight on my shoulders faster. How you rank them also starts by making plan for each project, and least of them depends on your judgment.

Working in sports, you rarely get the opportunity to focus your energy on just one thing… So when I’m inevitably juggling multiple projects, I think prioritization is paramount to my success. It’s important to have clear deadlines, an understanding each project’s importance to the stakeholder, and a very self aware estimate of how long it is going to take to complete each task. Personally, I tend to like to prioritize the tasks that are the most important and will take me the longest to complete with the nearest upcoming deadline first. I then fill the rest of my time with the smaller tasks that I can knock out pretty quickly in any given day. I try to take a “finish one big thing and two small things” approach every day.
