People tend to afraid receiving feedback or they though it was criticise them without knowing their perspective. It was a very bad way of thinking. Receiving feedback is a good way to improve yourself, there might be a chance that others have more experience about it or think out of the box before you do so receiving feedback from them is like learning from them.
