As a senior UX designer, I would make it a habit to learn something NEW every day. This could be reading articles, attending webinars, or taking online courses. Another challenge is handling complex projects that need a deep understanding of the user and the business. Here, resilience comes into play. I would stay focused and patient, breaking down the project into smaller parts and tackling each one step by step. Sometimes, senior UX designers may face resistance from stakeholders who don't understand the value of UX!

Always be learning. If you’re bored at your company and the work has become too easy, start learning something new or work on your own ideas. Challenges will always arise; it’s up to you to have the right mindset and resilience to overcome them and stay the course. I find that magically after I've collected a handful of designs I think are cool, that my own unique spin on whatever I'm working on comes to life.

Then experimenting things on those challenges is the best part. After that you will be able to see that you will have multiple ways to face and solve the challenge. Draw chicken scratch designs first. Then take them to the backend developers and ask if its feasible to get the data you need. 2. Many developers hate css but you shouldn't. - Write user stories and tickets for developers - Sit in on customer meetings - Ask other developers to pair program or design with you

Yes, it might be challenging to explain how/why the problem was solved that way but the framework is a guideline and we are still working with people and people don't necessarily follow rules. The guides can be adapted or used when the methods feel suitable.
