How can you make the most of fashion industry networking events to expand your professional network?

It's important to present a genuine style, that's both brand aligned and effortlessly you. So rather than dressing to an algorithm, learn to dress to your life's rhythm. Develop a style where you speak less, and say more. At a fashion networking event, it's understood clothing is a language. Rather then demonstrate a fluency for following trends, stand out by elevating the room with the ability of having discovered your own native tongue.

Through colors, accessories and intentional clothing selections catered to your event, you can become the ice breaker; rather than having to think of one. Create a look that's memorable and reflective of you and what you have to offer and your interactions at networking events will likely flip from outgoing to incoming.

I always wanted to work at Wimbledon, and after 6 years in London I applied for a job. Since I worked as a barista in college they put me in the player's lounge making coffee.
