I look at them the same way he did finding their simplicity. But at the age of 15 I had written a 276-page manifesto addressing the human element and was feeling proud of myself in finding understanding until months later, I read these lines from a fellow poet. "Since feeling comes first, what is there to know? We learn by going where we have to go." It has been my compass ever since. In reality, there are only two human emotions, fear and love. All else are only variations of one or the other. So now when I ask why, I just listen to my heart's echoes, and follow, knowing it will lead me to where I had to go.
