We should have at least a little experience in dealing with challenges and such achievements to have a reasonable presentation in a leadership interview (as well as taking a MBA course or degree) because being a good leader is not just about our theorical knowledge. We should bring our opinion into the picture and outline the real results for the hiring organization.

Be careful what you're hearing! Many companies may have admiring vision and mission on the paper but not functionally. Their all goals have a ethic-based picture but actually sometimes their own benefits may be preferred to 'anything' else. Don't worry, just be aware that you may not be able to nocite these "untolds" in early meetings and interviews.
