Die Frage nach der wichtigsten Aufgabe, sollte keinesfalls mit "alles ist wichtig und dringend" beantwortet werden. Auf eine Eisenhower-Matrix zurückzugreifen und diese mit dem Team gemeinsam zu erarbeiten und zu teilen schafft kurzfristig Abhilfe. Auf lange Sicht kann es aber nur helfen, den Workload zu verringern, oder zusätzliches Personal einzustellen
