In project planning there are critical routes which are usually identified at the beginning, it could be a product that does not arrive on time, some machinery that has been damaged, you must always have an action plan that can provide continuity to interferences, As I already mentioned from the beginning, based on the experience of the work group and the leader, they must consider all possible critical routes and give priority to the most difficult tasks.

There must be at least 3 possible solutions, where there is the best solution time, the least financial impact and avoiding downtime, all solutions are evaluated and the responsible parties have to prioritize and make the decision with the work group. .
