A problem with old SCORMs is that, they can not be modified easily. They are like a baked cookie - 🍪 So to “unbake” it and make minor edits without the authoring tool “Doctorelearning” tool is helpful. Also I use Doctorelearning for compressing large SCORM files to make them fit size restrictions in LMSes and to save bandwidth consumption. Since all organisations have out of circulation SCORMs wouldn’t it be great if they could be refactored rather than redesigned 😃
